Hot Cocoa Pudding
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients
- Add milk and mix to combine
- Cook over low to medium temperature, stirring constantly until thickened
- Add in vanilla and mix well
- Top with mini marshmallows, serve warm
